Founder and Technical Director - Dipl. Dr. Stefan Kraxberger

Dipl. Dr. Stefan Kraxberger leads the technical development of CheckFix and brings over 26 years of experience in cybersecurity.
Already during his military service, he specialized in IT security, earned his doctorate independently, and later taught at Austrian universities.
His credo: Those who take security seriously must think like an attacker – but with a clear mission.

“I grew up on a farm and learned early on: As a farmer, you depend on the weather – it rarely does what you want. The computer, on the other hand, does. It does what you tell it – and that’s exactly what fascinated me about technology.”

As founder and managing director of secinto GmbH, he and his team develop practical tools and methods that automatically detect technical vulnerabilities and translate them into actionable measures. Their projects include the world’s first EAL6+ certified smartcard, cryptographic hardware certifications in military environments, and security analyses for companies ranging from SMEs to critical infrastructure.

With CheckFix, secinto pursues a clear goal: Simplify cybersecurity without compromising on quality and depth.
